Touchy is a human camera, who is blinded constantly until someone’s touch enables the opening of the automated shutters. While a continuous physical contact is maintained between Touchy and a user, the camera shoots a photo every 10 seconds.

Very nice video by Lernert & Sander
We were asked to create a film about bespoke tailoring for the Handmade issue of Wallpaper*. They hooked us up with the famous italian tailors of Brioni. We came up with the idea that a hand would be the ultimate customer to prove the skills and craftmanship of a brand as Brioni.

A simple but mind blowing looping circular video projection. Reminds of the Eames films and their ability to create hypnotic transcendence.
Winner of the Visual Music Award 2011 Special Prize, the Award for Best Video Installation at Multivision Festival 2011, and a Special Mention at Premio Simona Gesmundo 2011.

The Quantum Parallelograph
is an exploratory project examining the scientific and philosophical ideas surrounding the theory of quantum physics and multiple universes.
The project is rooted in the pioneering work of Professor David Deutsch of Oxford University, and the earlier work of Professor Hugh Everett, who argue for infinite copies of ourselves existing within multiple universes. The Quantum Parallelograph seeks to reveal to the personal user how such ideas of alternative realities might be envisaged

Oil’d
A year ago, a massive oil spill began in the Gulf. The entire country was glued to the news until the well was capped, and then we forgot about it.
As the year anniversary was fast approaching I became curious, just how much oil was that exactly? Where would it have gone? What I found was shocking.
So in an effort to further our discussion on oil dependency I created this short animation. I’ve spent all of my free time in the last month putting this together to help illustrate just how dependent we truly are on oil.

Pixel Painting
Jinhwan Kim counters the motion of a series of videos displaying sections of Akzidenz Grotesk type in beautiful long-exposure typography experiment, inspired by BERG’s iPad light painting.

Dark Matters
On their quest for creating classic computer effects without the computer, Dark Matters continues the analogue feel from the “Matter” video. The new Kenton Slash Demon video, Deamon is the take on analogue wireframes in the same naive universe. An abstract space opera about loadscreens based on Strings and nails.

A couple of months ago, ad-projectors appeared in a Berlin subway station, throwing moving images all over the station walls and lifting visually aggressiveness to a new level. Since the images were projected, we could get between projector and projection to fight this new quality of exaggerated advertisement with its own weapons. Minimalinvasive adbusting devices made of mirrors, magnets and quite some ducktape.

Dead Island Trailer
One of the best Game Trailer I have seen. Maybe the game sucks but the trailer is fantastic.
